Pancreatic neoplasm is represented by the subtype Adenocarcinoma in 90% to 95% of cases, characterized high lethality rate its presentations; however, cases progression brain site are manifested only 0.1% 0.3% all cases. The present study aims report a rare case patient undergoing treatment for pancreatic cancer, which had median overall survival significantly higher than time related such neoplasm, and during final evolution disease progression, an unusual associated with symptomatic metastatic activity, was evidenced, thus we correlated current medical literary data events presented reported patient. Thus, becomes extreme clinical relevance modern oncology.
